Digital Products

All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped or need to be returned.

7-Day Refund Policy

• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

• A technical issue prevents access to your purchase and cannot be resolved.

• The product materially differs from its description.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on these conditions. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind after digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Accessing or downloading your files does not prevent you from requesting a refund for the eligible situations listed above.
